Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During holidays or high-volume times, processing may take an extra day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Warm Weather Shipping
Pepper jelly can be sensitive to heat. During warmer months, please bring your package indoors as soon as it is delivered.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address that was entered at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with photos, and we will help resolve the issue.
